She grew up in Washington, D.C. where she attended Georgetown Day School. She then attended Phillips Academy for high school. At the age of 19, Olivia married Italian filmmaker/musician Tao Ruspoli, the son of Prince Alessandro Ruspoli, on January 16, 2003.
