It seems that Natural Star Nani’s mass action entertainer Dasara is unstoppable at both domestic and overseas market. The movie directed by Srikanth Odela grossed Rs 16 Crores on Sunday. Overall, Dasara collected a gross of Rs 87 crores in its first-weekend run and is racing towards Rs 100 crore mark. This would make Dasara Nani’s first Rs 100 crore film at the box office.

As per makers, Dasara, directed by Srikanth Odela grossed Rs 16 crore on Sunday. Overall, Dasara collected a gross of Rs 87 crores in its first-weekend run and is racing towards the Rs 100 crore mark. As per film business tracking website Sacnilk, Dasara did of Rs 61.65 crore nett business on five days. With Rs 100 crore in profits, Dasara will become Nani’s first film to enter the elusive club.
The trade website further reported that the film had 12.02 per cent Tamil occupancy on Monday and 11.97 per cent Hindi occupancy. The film had a much higher 21.38 per cent Telugu occupancy during this period.
Overseas, Dasara is inching towards $2 Million. The movie collected $1.6 Million thus far. Ever since it hit the screens in multiple languages, Dasara has been receiving positive responses from all quarters. With no competition at the box office, the domination will continue for few more days.
SS Rajamouli reviews Nani’s Dasara
